SHIPPING POLICY - Most Items will ship within 3-5 business days, Pre-Orders will ship as specified on the post.
- You may want to add Insurance to your order to cover your package should it be lost, stolen or damaged.
- Should your package become lost, stolen or damaged the customer is responsible for filing a claim, but please reach out to us if you have any questions and we'll try our best to help.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY Returns or exchanges are accepted as long as you contact us within 7 days of delivery. The item needs to be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you want an exchange you are responsible for shipping costs both ways.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please inspect your item as soon as you receive it. We cannot exchange or return an item once it has been washed or worn.
To complete your return or exchange please notify us via email at email@example.com before you mail us back your product. Please include the following information in your return package: first and last name on the order, email, phone number and order number.
- Absolutely NO exchanges/returns on custom orders.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded & exchanged. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

PREORDER ITEMS Orders that include preorder items will not ship until all the items have arrived. The expected ship date for each preorder item can be found in either the product description or in the original post for the product. That date means that we do not have the item on hand and will not until on or before the expected ship date.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS Cancellations on pending orders cannot be made after 24 hours have passed. Once you receive your order you may process a return or exchange, but orders cannot be cancelled after the 24 hour window.
FREE SHIPPING To qualify for free domestic shipping, the total before shipping must exceed $99.00. Once the subtotal meets the minimum, free first-class shipping will appear as an option.
